Palm Desert, CA

The campaign will fund a series of essential building projects in the church and grow their endowment.  To date the parish has raised almost $4 million towards its $4.25 million campaign goal.

To fund the complete rebuilding of the church organ, this mid-sized NYC parish worked hard to raise the goal amount of $900,000, in addition to securing a significant private foundation grant of $1.3 million.

Libertyville, IL

This small but growing church conducted its first capital campaign to replace the roof and HVAC system, and fund the first years of two part time staff positions to encourage growth. They exceeded their challenge goal of $650,000 allowing them to fund some other top priority projects.

First Christian Church

Bloomington, IN

First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) exceeded a $650,000 campaign goal, raising $766,330, to address significant mechanical and structural needs to enhance and preserve their historic sacred space in downtown in Bloomington, IN.

Grace Church

New York City

The 2024 capital campaign is the second completed by CORE for Grace Church NYC, and exceeded the $4.5 million goal that will fund interior church restoration projects and exterior work on the Parish House.

St. Mark’s Episcopal Church

Glen Ellyn, IL

Exceeded their goal raising over $800,000 to pay off debt, enhance the worship experience and ability to welcome all with accessibility upgrades, a lift, better sound and lighting and accessibility to the rest of the building.

The Cathedral Church of Saint Stephen

Harrisburg, PA

Conducted a campaign for $875,000 to install a digital organ and update the configuration of their sanctuary to provide a more welcoming worship space.

Christ’s Church

Rye, NY

Exceeded their goal of $3.25 million for improvements to sanctuary, building, rectory, HVAC, and endowment. Discernment and preparation time continued despite pandemic and financial uncertainties.

St. Ignatius of Antioch

New York City

Exceeded their campaign goal despite Covid setbacks to raise $700,000 for new bathrooms, a new heating system and restoration of their organ.

The Cathedral of All Saints

Albany, NY

Raised over $500,000 during the Covid pandemic for critical exterior and interior structural repairs to the cathedral.

St. Timothy’s

Perrysburg, OH

Under an interim rector, raised over $3,65 million during Covid to complete a new kitchen, a new pipe organ, and the expansion of ministries that serve the community and the parish.

The American Cathedral

in Paris, France

Under an interim Dean during Covid, exceeded a €4,2 million primary goal to raise €5 million for extensive organ restoration, improvements to lighting, acoustics, and endowment.

Raised over $1,000,000 for sanctuary refinishing and stained glass repair, parking and upgraded HVAC.
